Questions: 21-30

21. How would you feel if you would have to work with an executive woman?
They will ask you this, either if you are a man or a woman, as long as there is a woman in executive positions in that company or area and –surely- the future boss of the task for which you are applying.
If you really have problems with a boss of the female gender, I recommend you to think about it and try to modify that sensation. You will find many executive women on your way.

22. What kind of people do you dislike?
In all kinds of organizations, they expect to recruit people “who will cause no problems”, this is why it is desirable for the new collaborator to be an open person, who acts on the same way with everybody. Keep it in mind.
“Generally, I have not problems getting along with other people, even if they think or behave different than me. I try to be open about it.”

23. What is the most difficult communication problem you have had with your parents?
Talk about something you remember. Don’t mention unsolved dramas, this is not the time or place to solve them.

24. Does a steady job increase your security?
Maybe you are being interviewed for a steady job or not. It is precise to keep in mind that there are more and more jobs with some degree of insecurity in the market. Rehearse an answer like this: “There are not guarantees in life.”

25. How do you manage stress?
Keep in mind that stress, like competition, that we have already talked about, and as many other things, are bad in an excessive dose. Also think, that the equation stress equal to zero, technically corresponds to a flat encephalogram and this one, with the lack of life. I include this comment here in order to eliminate the popular sensation that the stress is bad. How to manage situations with high component of stress? That is the real art of living, because many times, we don’t manage the causes that originate it.

26. Have you ever had a boss or work situation that provoked you stress?

29. Are you an innovative person?
Being innovative doesn’t mean changing your mind everyday. On the contrary, it means that a person is permeable to the changes and who provides new ideas to induce them into a given context.
“I think so. I give my ideas every time I can. I think that, we can all build the big change we need in this moment.”

30. Do you get usually mad?
“Actually, I have never lost my limits at work because I consider that is a waste of time, besides annoying people.”
